True. And that is something that we cannot really change.

Re: The Heat is Getting to Me
I wouldn't say it was hard so much as Bue is a cheap teacher.
Cheap in the video game sense, BTW.

Of course...not in the monetary sense. I get it.
Yeah, he was an odd teacher. He was just...weird, I guess. I didn't know if he liked me or not.

Hah, yeah, I know.
I mean, he said hello to me in the halls and stuff, but he never really seemed friendly.

Just a little bit. I don't know what it is about him, but he just doesn't seem right.

he liked me. always said hi and stuff. and it probably didnt help how many good things dobashi said about me. bue was way better than beck. he likes to golf too and he was obsessed with lost. hah i miss that class. not necessarily bue that much but the people in that class were awesome.

Re: The Heat is Getting to Me
For me, it was really just the junior crew and John that were worth the price of admission.
Some others, like Colin Dilworth, Alexis, and Anjali, were funny at times.
Then again, that was nowhere near my favorite class.

I heard that class was kind of a joke.

Re: The Heat is Getting to Me
bues lectures were pretty much pointless the majority of the time. he would lecture on the same thing for days.
our group was seriously the best ever. colin was funny and some of the other seniors were too.
that was probably my third favorite class last year behind first being cat crew/TA and second american studies.

Re: The Heat is Getting to Me
Yes, but how many of them would have taken AP Stats?
And yeah, Alexis C did drop out after first semester. But since most of those kids were in my AP ECon class and none of them dropped out there.

Re: The Heat is Getting to Me

Re: The Heat is Getting to Me
Actually, Julia, those juniors mostly wouldn't be Summa kids. They're like all the kids who took AP Psych last year; kids who heard the class was easy and wanted to stack their schedule with another AP class.
But the calc thing is somewhat ridiculous.
I thought that when I finally took calc as a senior, it'd be abandoned.
