Well, if anyone ever said it to me, it'd probably be you.

Don't believe in wasting words? But that's where people truly get to know you. And you never know when some "wasted words" will actually mean the world to someone.

Also, yeah, I meant to say that I wasn't even reading them on a computer. I had to order them off Amazon and wait a week and everything.

Funny how with just one more word the entire sentence changes....

Haha Julia isn't the poetic type. That's Michelle.
And me sometimes. I wrote this really pretty one at Houseboat. Or at least I think so. It was during our quiet time one morning, and so it's kind of a prayer. Kind of.
It's probably really bad compared to real poetry...

I love poetry! I've been writing so much lately. I wrote a sestina last week and I'm hoping to write another vilanelle soon. Mine aren't very good, just angst of unfulfilled dreams and such. I do love reading poetry though.

My absolute favorite poem is by John Fredrick Nims. You all should go read it. Its absolutely brilliant. Heres a link my ducks.
