How did you do on the AP tests?

no...3 in lang and a 4 in stats...im so mad...if only i hadnt screwed myself over by messing up that one word problem and i probably missed a few multiple choice...grr. Im so mad about it.

chris got a 3 though so that makes me feel better.

Chris getting a three? I dunno if that would make me feel any better. It kinda makes me feel more sorry for him.

If there's one bad thing about AP grades, it would be their finality.

but he got an A so its all good. yea i feel sorry for him too but he got a 4 in bio. i got a 3 in bio.

Wait, an A in AP Stats? If so, that's pretty cool. He must've done really well on the final.

yea im like 99.999999% positive that he came running to me saying he got an A. he was borderline before the final.

Actually, it's weird, but having something like an 87 going into the final is actually pretty killer. I mean, you'd have to really ace the final to get an A. In if you have an 87 going into it, you're probably not acing the other tests. I always thought it would be a snap to raise something like an 87.

Though not this year. Apparently I shouldn't have counted on getting lucky as both AP LAng and Stats taught me.

yea i got a B in lang but thats because burkhartsmeier is really bad at grading consistently. i do pretty much the same thing as everyone else yet they all get full points and i get docked down points.

I got C's in AP bio...a B in Hartman's class last year. (yes the final killed my grade). B in spanish in Profe's class i got an A on the final and was .1 away from the rounding point. got an A in spanish 4 though...and a B in AP stats first semester. thats all my non A's.

I had a B in foods 1, a B in Stats first semester, a B in AP LAng first semester, and B's all around in French 4. Other than that, it's A's.

It's probably a high 3.8 something.

But my weighted is nicely over 4.0

I'm really looking to this year to either make or break my GPA. Thankfully breaking it wouldn't hurt too much, as I would already have applied to colleges. But still, I'd rather it get higher.

yea. my brother told me when i was a freshman that if i got valedictorian he would pay me $300. he didnt know at the time that included everyone with a 4.0 or above weighted. so i figured out that i can get 4 b's next year and still get my $300.

I actually don't think those kids count as valedictorian. That was just last year.

I think they're technically some sort of honored students. Because, at the senior assembly, they still had the two people with the absolute highest GPA's.

But hey, maybe you can fool him. $300 is $300.

well in the guide to program planning it says that it is considered valedictorian but they do say who the true valedictorian is. and they are doing the 4.0 or above thing for our class as well. although we are the last

I don't feel bad for them at all. I had to jump through a billion loopholes to get into more advanced classes. They just get the world handed to them.

Well, on the flip side, their getting in was handed to them. They still had to work for the classes. And I can't imagine it was a cakewalk.
