i need sleep. the 3 hours sleep last night killed me. plus cat crew was SO boring cuz we've done it all before. i felt like i was going to die.

I only got 2. And I played an hour of ultimate frisbee in the park today. I'm exhausted

Well, I got enough sleep. Even though I went to sleep at like 12 or so.

12 is when I fall asleep on a school night. I usually push 3 if not 4 every night during the summer.

Actually, there's no regularity with my sleep schedule. I go to sleep when I'm tired, basically.

On a school night, it's normally 10:30 to 11. I'm kind of a wimp that way.

i went to bed the other night at 630pm. and woke up at 830am. that was such a good night of sleep.

school is usually 10 or 1030 for me at the beginning of the year.

I run very well on little sleep. Its quite a gift

i cant run well without sleep. if i dont sleep well i will fall asleep at some point during the day. it doesnt really matter where i am.

I dunno, I thought I used to run okay on small amounts of sleep, but I don't think that's necessarily the case.

So I guess it's back to aiming for 6 hours all the time.

Haha yeah no kidding. That's how it is for me too. Which isn't so good considering how busy I am ALL THE TIME. Oh well, c'est la vie.

i slept for 2 hours today after like 9 hours of sleep last night. im ready for bed too now.

I pulled an all nighter once and then went to school. I certainly wasn't pleasant, but I was able to focus and keep calm and awake.

...Maybe that was the day you didn't wave to me.

Actually, I don't think I'm too good about waving to people. Like, I think I get into it.

So if I don't wave to you in the halls, just know it could be worse.

lol i dont usually wave to people unless they wave first. i say hi or smile or, my personal favorite, YELL!

Yeah, I'm actually beginning to hate it when people yell my name.

Then I'm all like, "Who is it!?"

And they're always from behind, too...
